We are a group of professionally qualified, registered and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists, offering counselling and psychotherapy in North London.

If you are experiencing difficulties in your life, counselling and psychotherapy provide a safe and supportive environment to explore things that are troubling you, without fear of judgement. Working with a trained therapist offers an opportunity to grow and change in ways you might not be able to achieve on your own, and allows for realistic and effective ways to improve the quality of your life, your relationships, and your sense of self.

Our practice has been assessed for risk related to COVID-19 and our procedures allow us to keep 2 metres away from anyone else within the practice, while frequently disinfecting common areas.

We are located at Goldhurst Terrace, Swiss Cottage, London NW6. It's a 6 minute walk from Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road Tube Stations.
