Why psychotherapy / counselling?

With Julie’s help I have been able to address the difficult relationships and issues in my life head on, and have seen once overwhelming situations become manageable.  Through my sessions with her I have come to believe that change is possible and having space to process and discuss my emotions has allowed me to change my life for the better.

Choosing Julie as my counsellor was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I came to Julie recently bereaved & felt completely overwhelmed by my grief and life in general. From the moment I met her she created a safe space in which I could begin to address my grief and its ramifications. She is kind beyond words, non-judgemental and genuinely empathetic. I am so so grateful to her for helping me at a time when I felt I couldn’t help myself.
